Tiziano B. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and positions. Tiziano is currently the Managing Director at Uniön Derivän, S.A. - Italmatch Chemicals S.p.a. since October 2020. Tiziano B. holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the Università degli Studi di Milano, which they obtained from 1991 to 1997. Tiziano pursued their secondary education at Liceo Scientifico Paolo Frisi Monza from 1985 to 1990 and graduated with a Maturità Scientifica. Tiziano continued their education at SDA Bocconi, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from 2014 to 2016. In 2019, they attended SDA Bocconi again for a Human Resources (HR) Concentration of Executive MBA, focusing on HR soft skills and management. Tiziano also holds additional certifications, including the TOEFL IBT from the Educational Testing Service (ETS), obtained in February 2006, and the "Direzione Tecnica" (QP) of API production sites from the Minister of Health in Italy, obtained in December 1999.
