Gian Carlo Mocci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management, digital marketing, and service design. Currently serving as the CRM Customer Relationship Management and Marketing Automation lead at Italo - NTV since June 2010, Gian Carlo specializes in customer experience, feedback, and journey mapping. As President of AICEX, the Italian Customer Experience Association, and as a professor at Pambianco Company and RBA, Gian Carlo contributes to the academic field. Additionally, Gian Carlo is a mentor at Young Women Network and has previously served as a council member for GLG. Previous roles include positions at Prudential Financial and Bureau Veritas, where Gian Carlo focused on quality management and process improvement. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Stogea Business School and a Master’s in Quality Safety Environment Integrated Management Systems from SDOA Business School, along with an engineering degree from Università degli Studi di Cagliari.
