In previous roles, Paolo held positions such as Head of RS Maintenance Contract & Quality Management and Fleet Management Responsible at Nuovo Trasporto Viaggiatori, alongside experience as an Assessor at TUV Rheinland Group and Consultant at Altran Italia S.p.A. Paolo's career began as a Junior Engineer at Italferr S.p.A. and academic qualifications include a degree in electrical engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II and additional studies at Technische Universität Berlin.
