Costanza Distaso

Costanza Distaso has extensive experience in human resources and personnel management, currently serving in the role of Pianificazione e Gestione del personale at Cantiere ITALPIZZA spa since July 2017. Responsibilities include managing employee absences, recruitment interviews, disciplinary disputes, and contracts, as well as organizing training and safety courses, overseeing supplier services, scheduling production shifts, and creating corporate reports. Prior to this, Costanza worked as a Consulente commerciale at Generali Italia S.p.A., providing insurance consulting and expanding the client portfolio. Costanza holds a Master in HR Specialist from 24ORE Business School and two degrees in Management and Business Administration from Università degli Studi di Cassino e del Lazio Meridionale, complemented by a diploma from Liceo Scientifico.
