WHO WE ARE
Italy’s Finest is an event planning and private travel designer strategically based in Florence, Italy. Zealous, creative and passionate about our country we know it has much more to offer than most visitors ever even imagine.

WHAT WE DO
We started off as a private travel designer, specialized in creating deluxe bespoke vacations, get-togethers, private celebrations, and parties. Challenged with supplying services and venues suitable to the extremely high standards and expectations of a discerning clientele (wealthy “jet-set”, cultured businessmen’s families, and royalty) well… we certainly had a chance to practice!

Aiming to lead our clients to explore Italy’s authentic heart and soul, we became full-fledged experts in sourcing and selecting, staffing and supplying our country’s most superb venues. Confronted with the dreams and desires of some of the world’s most opulent and well-read persons, we became virtuosos in sourcing the most exclusive venues and creating inspiring “off the beaten path” activities of all kinds.

Over the years honeymooners, couples celebrating their anniversaries, multi-generational families and fun-loving groups of friends enjoyed unique Italian experiences, especially designed to meet their wishes and dreams.

Challenged by our guests’ many and diverse last minute requests while on-site, we sharpened our problem-solving skills, becoming swifter and more resourceful every day.

Our experience and business contacts brought us to the corporate meeting industry, and soon we were entrusted with the organization of high-end corporate conferences. Faced with the variety of challenges involved in the planning of world-class meetings our know-how, trustworthiness and year-long expertise proved to successfully meet, and often surpass, our corporate clients’ expectations.

ONLY THE BEST IS GOOD ENOUGH FOR YOU
