James Burson

James Burson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and ServiceNow practices. Currently serving as the Senior Director and ServiceNow Practice Lead at Jade Global since May 2024, James also holds the role of ITAM Forum Ambassador and Member since January 2022. Prior to this, James worked at ITS Partners, where roles included Practice Director for ITAM/EAM and OT, and led significant projects at NEON as the SACM & ServiceNow Group Lead. James's experience spans leadership positions at Nordstrom, NICE_Ltd., ProBuild Holdings, and National CineMedia, showcasing a strong background in IT management, team leadership, and operational improvements. James earned an MBA from Regis University and a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Journalism from Colorado State University.
