Jan van Kalkeren

Jan van Kalkeren has extensive experience in IT asset management and service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Management at Noventiq Northern Europe since February 2013. Jan has held multiple roles within the company, including Portfolio Manager for ITAM and Managing Consultant for Process Management. Additionally, since September 2021, Jan has been a member of the ITAM Forum's Committee of Experts, contributing to the development of the first ISO 19770 certification scheme. Previous experience includes positions as Service Delivery Manager at ITQ, ITIL Trainer at DPA Group N.V., and Project Leader at the Ministry of Defense, as well as Changemanager for the Municipality of Zaanstad. Jan's educational background includes ITIL V3 Expert certification and a BBA in Business Information Science from the Hogeschool van Amsterdam.
