Kylie Fowler FBCS is a seasoned professional in IT Asset Management (ITAM), currently serving on the ITAM Forum Committee of Experts since September 2021, contributing to the establishment of the world's first ISO 19770 certification scheme. As Principal Consultant at ITAM Intelligence since September 2009, Kylie has collaborated with numerous national and multinational companies in the UK to develop ITAM and FinOps frameworks, fostering integration and digital transformation within IT departments. Kylie's earlier career includes roles such as IT Asset Controller at Capital Group and IT Procurement and Asset Analyst at CIMS Ltd, alongside various positions following relocation from Australia. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Economics, Legal Studies, and Indonesian from Charles Darwin University.

ITAM FORUM
Founded in 2020, the ITAM Forum is a not-for-profit trade body run by ITAM professionals for ITAM professionals. It has two specific objectives: - To create - and be a caretaker of - the new ISO/IEC 19770-1 organisational certification program so organisations can demonstrate the quality of their ITAM practices; and - To educate and evangelise to encourage more companies to do ITAM, with a focus on business value, and to attract new professionals into the industry.
