Zhao Cheng, PhD, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in software technology and geomechanics. Currently serving as Software Technology Lead and FLAC3D Product Manager at ITASCA Minneapolis since August 2011, Zhao has progressed through various roles, including Senior Software and Geomechanics Engineer II and Senior Software and Geomechanics Engineer. Previously, Zhao worked as a Staff Geotechnical Engineer at Earth Mechanics Inc from 2007 to 2010. Zhao holds a PhD in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
