Clayton Caetano has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Clayton started their career as a Designer at Sentidos Design, where they worked on projects for companies such as Multibrás S/A Eletrodomésticos and Natura. Clayton then moved on to Istituto Europeo di Design - IED São Paulo as a Professor and Coordination Assistant, teaching and assisting in the coordination of Industrial and Interior Design courses. Clayton also coordinated projects with companies like Brastemp and Tok&Stok. Clayton later joined Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz as a Professor/Lecturer, teaching subjects like Graphic Design and Design History. Clayton currently holds the position of Head of Branding and Design at Itaú Unibanco, where they lead a multidisciplinary team of designers. Clayton is responsible for managing various verticals within the organization and ensuring brand consistency and expression.
Clayton Caetano has a Master's degree in Branding from BSP - Business School São Paulo, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Clayton also has a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Faculdades Oswaldo Cruz, which they completed from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Clayton has obtained several certifications, including UX Management: Strategy and Tactics from the Interaction Design Foundation, Growth Hacking - Como Melhorar Resultados de Marketing from FIAP, Certified Agile Professional from Adaptworks, and Design Thinking from Echos - Innovation Lab.
