Javiera Letelier

Javiera Letelier is a legal professional with extensive experience in banking and compliance roles. Currently serving as Gerente Legal Minorista at Itaú Chile since March 2023, Javiera previously held the position of Directora de Cumplimiento Regulatorio y Riesgo Reputacional at Banco Santander Chile from October 2016 to February 2023, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for regulatory compliance and reputational risk management. Javiera’s earlier roles include Senior Lawyer positions at Zurich Santander Seguros Generales Chile S.A. and La Interamericana Compañía de Seguros de Vida S.A., as well as various positions in legal support and research. Javiera holds a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and multiple Executive MBA degrees from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
