Víctor Manuel Santibáñez Figueroa

Víctor Manuel Santibáñez Figueroa has worked in various roles and companies throughout their career. In 2015, they started as an Network Administrator at Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. Víctor Manuel then moved on to NEC Chile S.A. as an Operador from August 2015 to July 2016. In 2016, they joined CLAI Group as an Analista de proyectos, where they provided services for "Lider BCI Servicios Financieros" as an analyst and project leader. Finally, in 2022, they joined Itaú Chile as an IT Tech Lead, where their responsibilities include designing and maintaining solutions, managing the lifecycle of APIs and services, and collaborating with the PO and Agile Team Facilitator for initiative management.

Víctor Manuel Santibáñez Figueroa completed a degree in Ingeniería Informática at INACAP from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Ingeniería en Telecomunicaciones, Conectividad y Redes from the same institution, which they completed from 2011 to 2015.
