Felipe Albuquerque

Felipe Albuquerque currently serves as Group Tech Manager I at Itaú Unibanco since January 2019, leading product squads and managing capacity and budgets within the Digital Channels segment. Previously, Felipe held roles as Scrum Master across various financial product squads, focusing on enhancing customer experiences through agile methodologies and DevOps practices. With a strong background in digital transformation, Felipe served as a senior analyst at Telefônica Brasil, managing B2B e-commerce channels and improving conversion rates. Additional experience includes product ownership for LATAM Airlines’ digital assets and project management in the banking sector at Bradesco. Felipe holds a postgraduate degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Bachelor’s in Social Communication with a focus on Advertising from Anhanguera Educacional.
