Frederico Trajano Inácio Rodrigues

Frederico Trajano Inácio Rodrigues (independent member) has been a member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Itaú Unibanco since 2020.

He has been Chief Executive Officer of Magazine Luiza SA since 2015, having been Sales and Marketing Executive Officer (2010 to 2015); Commercial Director, having also assumed the position of Marketing Director (2004 to 2010). He started his career in 2000, being responsible for E-Commerce. He has been an effective member of the Board of Directors of Luizaseg Seguros SA since 2005 and worked in the retail and consumer goods sectors at Deutsche Bank Securities (1998 to 1999).

He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV), São Paulo, Brazil and an Executive Program from the University of California, Stanford, California, USA.
