Gabriel Parreiras

Gabriel Parreiras possesses extensive experience in IT management, primarily with Itaú Unibanco since January 2013, where roles include Gerente de Qualidade e Engenharia de Confiabilidade (SRE) focused on customer experience strategies and operational efficiency, Gerente de engenharia de TI leading a multidisciplinary team, and Gerente de operações de TI overseeing national support for various bank sectors. Prior experience includes positions at Itaú BBA as Coordenador Telecom, leading network projects across Brazil and LATAM, and at NetService Tecnologia da Informação as Gerente de operações de TI managing service level indicators and client relationships.
