Larissa Mendes

Larissa Mendes is a motivated professional currently serving as a Trainee at Itaú Unibanco since January 2024. Previously, Larissa worked as a B2B Demand Generation & Marketing Automation Analyst at Wellz, focusing on CRM planning and inbound marketing strategies from November 2022 to December 2023. Before that, Larissa gained experience as a CRM/Automations Marketing Intern at Intuit, where responsibilities included data analysis and process optimization for marketing campaigns. As a CX Intern at Loft, Larissa contributed to customer experience automation and identified areas for improvement in client journeys, while also serving as a Financial Products Ops Intern, where Larissa configured support tools and developed key performance indicators. Earlier experience includes a summer internship at Raízen, focusing on sustainability training for employees. Larissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP, completed in 2022.
