Pedro Luiz Bodin De Moraes

Pedro Luiz Bodin de Moraes (independent member) has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Itaú Unibanco Group since 2009. He was a member of the Board of Directors of the Itaú Unibanco Group (2003 to 2008).

He is a partner at Cambuhy Investimentos Ltda. since 2011 and from Ventor Investimentos Ltda. since 2009.

He held the positions of Director (2002 to 2003) and Partner (2005 to 2014) at Icatu Holding SA, and Director and Partner (1993 to 2002) at Banco Icatu SA

He was also Director of Monetary Policy at the Central Bank of Brazil (1991 to 1992) and Director of the National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) (1990 to 1991).

He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ), Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and a Ph.D. in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA.
