Ricardo Egydio Setubal

Ricardo Setubal is a lawyer graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP), Business Administrator from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and specialized (PMD 69) from Harvard University. Member of the Board of Directors, member of the Disclosure and Trading Committee and of the Investment Policies Committee, he also acts as coordinator of the Sustainability and Risks Committee and Member of the Finance, Investments, Corporate Governance and People and Ethics Committees of company. He is a member of Duratex's Board of Directors, as well as its advisory committees: People, Governance and Nomination Committee, Audit and Risk Management Committee, Sustainability Committee and Disclosure and Trading Committee. He also served as director, member of the Boards of Directors and Committees of other investees of the Conglomerate between 1999 and 2018: Itautec and Elekeiroz. Ricardo was a member of the Board of Directors of IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance between 2014 and 2019.
