Rodolfo Vilella is a Business Administrator graduated from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and has a Masters in Development Studies and in Economics and Philosophy from LSE – London School of Economics and Political Science. He is currently Vice-President, Member of the Board of Directors, of the Disclosure and Trading Committee and of the Investment Policies Committee of Itaúsa. He also acts as Coordinator of the People and Ethics Committee and is a Member of the Finance, Investments, Corporate Governance and Sustainability and Risks Committees of the Company. He works in investee companies as a member of the Board of Directors and Committees of Alpargatas and Duratex. He was a member of the Executive Board, Board of Directors and Committees of other Conglomerate Companies between 2005 and 2017. He is also dedicated to third sector organizations and class entities, having served as director and member of the boards of directors of the following institutions: Sociedade Cultura Artística, Inst. Itaú Cultural, Inst. PDR, Sao Paulo Cia. of Dance, Young Presidents Organization-YPO/WPO, IBGC - Inst. Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, Fundação Itaú Social, IEDI - Inst. for Development Studies.
