Javier Fernandez Betria

Javier Fernandez Betria has a diverse work experience in the oil and gas industry. Javier worked at Pluspetrol from 2007 to the present, where they held roles as a Sr. Reservoir Engineer & Investment Evaluation and in Business Development.
