Juan Vidaguren

Juan Vidaguren is the current Dean of the School of Management and Technology at ITBA. Vidaguren has over fifteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working in both Argentina and internationally.

Vidaguren began their career at Ericsson Argentina in 2000, where they worked as a Sales Manager for New Accounts. In 2002, they moved to Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires, where they served as Director of Technical Services until 2003. Juan then spent two years at ZTE Corporation Argentina as Sales Development Manager before joining TNX in 2004 as Business Development Manager.

In 2006, Vidaguren left TNX to become Product Manager at Tesacom, where they were responsible for service development and go-to-market strategy. Juan left Tesacom in 2007 to join IBM as Delivery Project Executive, managing the delivery activities of a global IT outsourcing project in over 60 countries. Vidaguren remained with IBM until 2011, when they returned to ITBA.

Juan Vidaguren received a Master's degree in Applied Leadership and Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Juan is also an Engineer with a specialty in Electronics from Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires. Juan has a certification from EXIN in ITIL V3 Foundations.

Juan Vidaguren reports to Andrés Basilio Agres, President. They work with Martín Arana - Director General Unidad Desarrolladora Futuro Edificio Principal, Ana Bertinat Gonnet - Director of Human Development.
