The Consulting segment provides IT optimization consulting such as overall organization and rebuilding of business and information systems, for government and public offices, enterprises and others. The System Development segment is engaged in the development and maintenance of business and information systems, and the sales of related hardware. In addition, the Company also involves in the temporary employee placement business. As of March 31, the Company had one consolidated subsidiary and three unconsolidated subsidiaries.
