Brandon Tramel

Brandon T. has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Brandon started their career as an IT Intern at Intel Corporation in 2008. After that, they worked as a Production Specialist at Fishbowl Marketing for a few months in 2009. From 2009 to 2012, Brandon worked as a Web Developer/Graphic Designer at NRL Federal Credit Union, where they created web applications, designed graphics, managed social media, and worked with databases. In 2012, they joined CGI as an IT Consultant, working at the Department of Justice within COPS IT. In this role, they performed various tasks such as web development, graphic design, user interface development, business analysis, videography, photography, and Drupal theming. Brandon also led the Drupal team, conducted presentations to executive staff, and received the COPS Office All-Star Award multiple times. In 2019, Brandon joined IT Coalition, still working within COPS IT at the Department of Justice. Brandon'sresponsibilities include maintaining the COPS Drupal 7 website, managing various tools and pages, analyzing web metrics, designing software applications, and serving as a liaison between IT and federal staff.

Brandon T. earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Oakwood University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Brandon completed their master's program between 2006 and 2008.
