Director Human Resources Operations at ITC Federal

Diana West has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Diana began their career at Marks and Spencer as an Assistant Personnel Manager from February 1997 to February 2000. Diana then joined M.H. Alshaya Co. as a Regional Human Resources Manager, where they established regional policies and procedures and managed a team of seven HR professionals from February 2000 to February 2001.

Following this, Diana worked at DynCorp International, starting as a Compensation and Organizational Development Specialist from February 2001 to February 2002. During this time, they implemented a position tracking methodology and standardized program position titles and wage grading systems. Diana subsequently served as a Superintendent, HR Site Support from February 2002 to March 2003 and as a Program Human Resources Supervisor & Manager from March 2003 to August 2017. In these roles, Diana was responsible for all HR functions for a multi-lingual workforce and conducted investigations into ethics violations and other complaints.

From August 2017 to July 2021, Diana worked at SOS International LLC, initially as an Employee Relations Manager and later as an Employee Relations Director. Diana then joined Torch.AI as a Human Resources Director from July 2021 to June 2023. Currently, Diana holds the position of Director Human Resources Operations at ITC Federal, starting from May 2023.

Throughout their career, Diana has showcased their expertise in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, benefits, compensation, and policy development. Diana has successfully managed teams and implemented strategies to support employees and drive organizational success.

Diana West completed their education from 1993 to 1997 at The University of Huddersfield. Diana obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in Human Resources and International Industrial Relations. Diana'sfield of study was focused on International Business Management, and they achieved a Classification 2:1 for their degree.
