Naveen Kumar Agarwal's work experience includes roles at multiple companies. Naveen started their career at Infotech Global in 2000 as a System Analyst. In 2001, they joined HOV Services as a Sr System Analyst and remained there until 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Unisys as a Functional Manager - Oracle Federal ERP. In 2013, they joined Deloitte as a Manager - Oracle Package Technologies. In 2014, they moved to IT Coalition, where they initially served as Director, ERP Solutions and later became the Vice President, Oracle Solutions Practice.

Naveen Kumar Agarwal completed their education in a chronological order. From 1989 to 1992, they attended The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
