Brian Selinger

Brian Selinger currently serves as Manager of State Government Affairs at ITC Holdings Corp. since December 2023. Prior to this role, Selinger was the Director of the Iowa Energy Office at the Iowa Economic Development Authority from April 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included managing diverse energy programs and developing Iowa's first comprehensive energy plan. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity, where Selinger formulated economic development policies and advised leadership, and as Program Manager for Special Projects, overseeing business development initiatives with significant tax incentives. Additional roles include Regional Representative at Lockheed Martin and Supervisor of Environmental Health and Safety at City Water, Light & Power, with an early career as an Engineering Technician at the City of Springfield, IL. Educational qualifications include a degree in Psychology from Benedictine University and an Associate in Arts from Lincoln Land Community College.
