Paul Bourgeau

Paul Bourgeau is an experienced supply chain manager at ITC Holdings Corp. since May 2007, overseeing a team of six materials buyers and managing an annual spend of $350 million for substation and overhead line materials, while fostering key vendor relationships. Previously, Paul served as Principal Policy and Procedure Coordinator at ITC, developing and distributing operational procedures. Prior to ITC, Paul held the position of Senior Project Manager at Administrative Controls Management, where responsibilities included integrating a new transmission company into existing operations. Paul also worked as a Principal Consultant at Robbins-Gioia, assisting General Motors with business process integration, and held various roles in financial analysis and project controls early in the career.
