Daniel Pound is an experienced professional in commercial operations and data analytics, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Operations and Head of Commercial Operations Analytics at ITC Travel Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over 35 years at dnata Travel Group, where positions included Data Scientist and Customer Experience Data Scientist. Daniel's educational background includes studies at Blackpool and The Fylde College from September 1985 to July 1987 and ongoing education at Warbreck High School since September 1979.
