Phil Aird-Mash

Phil Aird-Mash is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the travel and leisure industry. Since January 2020, Phil has served as Chief Executive Officer at ITC Travel Group and has held the position of Chair at Traveltek Ltd. since June 2021 and at ACC Aviation since January 2014. Previous roles include CEO of Independent Businesses at Thomas Cook from January 2011 to February 2013 and UK & Deputy Group CEO at XL Leisure Group plc from 2008 to 2009, where accountability included P&L management for a substantial organization. Phil has also held various positions at MyTravel plc, Airtours, and Direct Holidays, contributing significantly to several leading companies in the sector. Education includes an MBA with distinction from Kingston University and an LLB from the University of Leicester. Phil has been actively involved in governance roles, serving as Chair and Board Trustee for JDRF UK since 2019.
