Previous roles at ITC, including Marketing Communications Manager and Digital Marketing Executive, involved managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and email marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Executive position at Rhino Products Ltd, where Sophie successfully led a website launch project, and participation in student representation at Newcastle University Business School. Educational credentials include a BA in Marketing and Management from Newcastle University, complemented by early experience in marketing and social media.
