Deepti Kaushal

Deepti Kaushal has extensive experience in the field of health and wellness, particularly through roles at ITC LSTC, where Deepti currently serves as Lead Scientist, innovating health programs and providing strategic insights. Previously, as a Research Scientist at ITC LSTC, responsibilities included developing functional food concepts and overseeing project stages from inception to execution. Deepti also held the position of Associate Scientist at ITC R&D, focusing on innovative product concepts for functional foods, and a Postdoctoral role at ITC R&D Centre in Bangalore, specializing in host-microbe interactions. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Animal Biochemistry from the National Dairy Research Institute and a Master’s degree in Biochemistry from P.G.I.M.E.R. Chandigarh.
