Faiz Abdullah

Faiz Abdullah is an experienced HR professional with over a decade of expertise in various leadership roles at ITC Limited since June 2012, currently serving as General Manager HR for the Life Sciences & Technology Center. Previously, Faiz held positions including Senior HR Manager and HR Manager, where responsibilities encompassed HR business partnering for R&D, leading mergers and HR integrations, and managing end-to-end HR operations for ITC's Foods Business. Earlier roles involved supporting Employee Relations across multiple manufacturing locations and managing HR functions in food factories. Faiz's career began at Indian Oil Corporation Limited as a Sales Officer and included a summer internship at Johnson & Johnson. Faiz holds an MBA in PM & IR from XLRI Jamshedpur and an engineering degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
