Gayathri Madhu

Gayathri Madhu serves as a Junior Research Associate at ITC Limited since January 2023, focusing on product development and conducting physico-chemical analyses of finished goods and raw material samples for the ready-to-eat category. Prior experience includes quality assurance trainee at Raidco Kerala Limited and internships at Eastern Condiments Pvt Ltd and Dinesh Foods. Educational background consists of a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology from Lovely Professional University and a Bachelor of Vocational degree in Food Processing and Nutraceuticals from Padmashree Institute of Management and Sciences.
