Gianni Leopardi is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in diverse kitchen operations and food consultancy. Currently serving as a Food Consultant and C.D.C. Specialist at ITC Limited's Hotels Division since May 2019, Gianni also holds the position of Head Chef at ITC Limited since December 2020. Prior to this, Gianni worked as an Executive Chef and Food Consultant in various establishments, notably managing a high-volume restaurant that achieved significant annual revenue and overseeing full kitchen operations with a large team. Gianni's previous roles include Corporate Chef at DuClaw Brewing Company, Chef de Cuisine at Radisson New Delhi Mailpapur, and Chef Owner at Carpaccio Ristorante Italiano and Potter Place Inn and Restaurant. Gianni's formal education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts from Lakes Region Culinary Institute and certification in butchery from Certified Angus Beef headquarters.
