Robin Sen Gupta

Robin Sen Gupta has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Robin served as a Professor at Army Institute of Management Kolkata, teaching MBA students and conducting workshops for managers and corporate executives in the area of soft skills. Prior to that, they worked at ITC Limited and ITC Hotels Ltd, holding high-level positions such as Executive Vice President-HR and Vice President-HR. In these roles, they were responsible for various HR functions, including overseeing multiple factories, marketing districts, and branches. Robin also served as a trustee for several retiral funds.

Robin Sen Gupta attended Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge from 1963 to 1966, where they earned an M.A. [Cantab] degree in History. Prior to that, from 1955 to 1962, they studied at Haberdashers' Aske's Elstree in the UK, focusing on History, French, and English, and obtained an 'A' Level degree. Before that, from 1952 to 1955, they attended Davies' Preparatory School, which served as an entry point to a public school.
