Sukannya Mitra

Sukannya Mitra is an accomplished quality head with extensive experience in the food industry. They served as the Head of Quality at ITC Limited in 2025 and have held significant roles at various companies, including Senior Executive Quality Assurance at ITC Limited and Senior Executive at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd. Sukannya's previous positions also include Quality Incharge at Dream Bake Pvt Ltd and Executive in Quality Control at Unilever, where they demonstrated expertise in product quality analysis, vendor evaluation, and ISO certification processes. They hold a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur, earned in 2009.
