Swasti Jain

Swasti Jain is a second-year Business Management student at XLRI Jamshedpur, having previously graduated at the top of their class with a Bachelor of Fashion Technology in Apparel Production Management from NIFT New Delhi. Swasti has gained diverse experience as a Manager at ITC Limited and has held roles as a Performance Marketing Associate at Noise and as a Fashion Consultant at Status Quo. They participated in an international student exchange program, where they authored and presented research on the impact of Covid-19 on fashion brands. Passionate about e-commerce, business strategy, and marketing, Swasti also engages creatively through graphic design, photography, and exploring new hobbies.
