Chuck Foster

Chuck Foster has a diverse work experience in various positions and industries. Chuck is currently the Founder/Chief Operating Officer at FordHall Technology and the Director of Business Development at ITCON Services.

Previously, they worked as a Business Operations IS&T Program Manager at the University of Maryland Medical System, where they managed financial strategies and budgets. Chuck also supervised a team and conducted financial analysis.

Chuck has also held positions as a Manager at ITCON Services, where they led a team implementing IT projects, and as a Senior Director at GetWellNetwork, Inc., where they oversaw the deployment of a patient care solution.

Prior to that, they served as the Director of IM/IT Information Integration at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery and as a Healthcare Information Systems Officer at the US Naval Hospital Okinawa, Japan.

Chuck's earlier experience includes roles as a Communications Officer at Expeditionary Medical Facility – Kuwait, a Navy Fellow at the Department of Veterans Affairs, and a Program Officer at the Naval Medical Information Management Center.

Chuck Foster earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Care Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, which they attended from 1995 to 1998. Chuck then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Care Administration from Central Michigan University between 1999 and 2000. Additionally, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Information Resources Management from Central Michigan University in the year 2000.
