Customer Service Representative- FEMA at ITCON Services

Jisel Cortes-Melo has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent position as a Customer Service Representative for FEMA at ITCON Services since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Food Delivery Driver for DoorDash, where they delivered food to customers from online orders. Jisel also has experience in Supply Chain Management from their time in the United States Marine Corps from September 2018 to September 2022. Prior to that, in June 2020, Jisel obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) certification from Coastal Carolina Community College.
