Timothy Touch, CSM

Timothy Touch has a diverse work experience. Timothy started their career as a Stage Manager at Afton Shows, where they effectively organized rehearsals and shows. Later, they worked as a Front Desk Associate at Old Town Sport and Health Club, providing excellent customer service and managing guest check-in and check-out processes. Timothy then joined Radford University as a Sales Account Executive Intern and later as a Student Worker, where they gained knowledge in various fitness components. Timothy also worked as a Teller 1/Customer Service Representative at Cardinal Bank and as a Desktop Support Analyst at The Office of the Chief Technology Officer, Government of the District of Columbia, providing technical support and resolving end-user issues. Timothy then transitioned to NTT DATA as a Lead Database/System Analyst, where they implemented multi-lingual websites and developed workflows using agile methodology. Currently, Timothy is working at ITCON Services as a Senior Business System Analyst, overseeing communications for Food and Nutrition programs and providing administrative support to senior leadership.

Timothy Touch, CSM has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Radford University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2012. Timothy completed their high school education at Annandale High School from 2007 to 2010. In terms of additional certifications, Timothy holds a Scrum Master Certification from Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in May 2017. Timothy also has a Bloomberg Essentials Certification, though the institution and specific month/year of attainment are unknown.
