Nipun Sourishiya

Nipun Sourishiya has a strong work background in recruitment and staffing. Nipun started their career as an Associate Recruiter at Laurent & Benon Group, where they managed recruitment for the BFSI vertical and clients like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. Nipun then worked at PeopleStrong as a Senior Process Associate, where they managed the RPO project for Merck Pharma and coordinated with the internal HR team. Nipun later joined Proactive Manpower Solutions LLP as the Head of Recruitment, overseeing end-to-end recruitment for brands like Wipro BPS and HCL.
