Agnieszka Uznańska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and service management within the IT sector. Currently serving as the Head of Delivery at itCraft since January 2016, Agnieszka oversees the Delivery team and processes, adeptly managing multiple projects and portfolios. Previous roles include Project Manager at itCraft, where skills in organizing and monitoring projects were utilized, and various positions at Grupa NEUCA, including Analityk CMDB, IT Architect, and System Analyst, focusing on IT service management and business requirements analysis. Agnieszka began a career in software development as an Internet Application Developer at AIS.PL. A graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Agnieszka possesses a well-rounded background in IT service delivery and analysis.
