Marten Nicolaï

Marten Nicolaï is an experienced management consultant at ITDS Business Consultants since December 2018, having progressed through multiple roles including Senior Business Consultant and Associate Business Consultant. Prior to this, Marten held a position as a datamedewerker at the National Cardiovascular Data Registry from November 2015 to January 2017, managing a database for heart surgery procedures in hospitals across The Netherlands. Marten also contributed to Enactus Utrecht as a board member and project coordinator from July 2014 to July 2015, overseeing three projects that bridged non-profit initiatives with entrepreneurial efforts. Additionally, Marten served as treasurer for the social enterprise SoSjaal, supporting the integration of former Bhutanese refugee women. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Business Administration with a focus on HRM from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Work and Organizational Psychology from Utrecht University.
