Michal Warda

Michal Warda has a diverse work experience in the field of IT recruitment and HR projects coordination. Michal started their career in 2016 as an HR Projects Coordinator at LeasingTeam Group. In 2017, they joined Devire and worked as an Associate IT Recruitment Specialist, then progressed to the role of IT Recruitment Specialist, and ultimately became a Senior IT Recruitment Specialist. In 2021, they joined Edge One Solutions as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator before moving to Sii Poland as an IT Recruitment Specialist. Currently, they are working at ITDS as an IT Recruitment Team Lead.

Michal Warda has a Bachelor's degree in Management from Warsaw University of Technology, which they obtained in 2016. Michal also holds a Master's degree in Management from the same university, which they completed in 2019. In 2013, they obtained a certification in B2 level English from Politechnika Warszawska. Additionally, they have a certification in MS Excel Podstawowy from Expose Sp. z.o.o., Warszawa.
