Shrinivas Nagathan has a diverse and extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Shrinivas is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Iteanz Technologies since January 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Sales Operations and Chief Operations Officer (COO) at DYNAMO CONSULTING SERVICES LIMITED in 2020.

Prior to these roles, Shrinivas worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at TRIPLE-S COMPONENTS PRIVATE LIMITED from May 2019 to December 2019, where their responsibilities included developing new business and increasing market share. Shrinivas also served as the VP-Operations at PEOL Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from July 2014 to April 2019.

Before PEOL Technologies, Shrinivas worked as a Regional Sales Manager at FIBRO India Precision Products Pvt Ltd from November 2009 to July 2014. Shrinivas started their career as a Senior Sales Engineer at FESTO Controls Pvt Ltd from April 2007 to November 2009.

Shrinivas has extensive sales experience, as they also worked as a Senior Sales Engineer at NITOO SALES PUNE from October 1999 to October 2007. Shrinivas began their professional journey as a Purchase Executive at SHARADA INDUSTRIES PVT LTD from May 1993 to October 1999.

Shrinivas Nagathan has a diverse educational background. Shrinivas obtained a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Maratha Mandal Polytechnic, Belgaum in the years 1987 to 1990. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Madurai Kamaraj University, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from AIIMS-Chennai in 2010 to 2011. Shrinivas also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Marketing from Madurai Kamaraj University, earned between 2012 and 2014. Furthermore, they have obtained certifications from SAP, including Sales Knowledge 2021 and a badge in digital and social selling expertise in 2022.
