Charles Giovanniello

Charles Giovanniello started their work experience as a Systems Management Intern at Northwell Health in 2016, where they wrote scripts to automate tasks and designed a dashboard using HTML/CSS and PHP. In 2017, they became a Desktop Support Technician at the same company. Later that year, they joined Allscripts as a Major Incident Manager, where they led efforts to restore critical hospital services and managed incident records using ServiceNow. In 2021, Charles joined Altera Digital Health as a ServiceNow Developer, where they designed and implemented integrations, enhanced LDAP integration, and utilized Out Of Box functionality. Charles'smost recent position is as a ServiceNow Developer at iTech AG, starting in 2022.

Charles Giovanniello completed their education in a chronological order. Charles attended East Meadow High School from 2009 to 2012, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. Following this, they attended Nassau Community College from 2012 to 2014, earning an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. From 2014 to 2017, they furthered their education at Stony Brook University, focusing on Computer Science without obtaining a specific degree. Additionally, Charles has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. In December 2020, they completed a certification in "Machine Learning with Python" from Coursera. Moreover, in July 2021, they obtained the "ServiceNow Certified System Administrator" certification from ServiceNow, and in October 2021, they completed the "ITIL Foundation Level" certification from PeopleCert.
