Adam Jamal

Adam Jamal has extensive experience in operations management and client relations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at iTech Drives since January 2019 and previously as Senior Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Regional Account Manager at QuickStart Inc. from May 2017 to January 2019 and worked as a Client Relationship Specialist at SquareTrade from February 2014 to June 2015. Adam began a career in client services as a Client Specialist at Charter Communications from January 2009 to October 2010. Adam earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Virginia Tech, further enhancing a solid foundation in technical and operational expertise.
