Jim Dowling

Jim Dowling is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in engineering and process optimization. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at iTECH since November 2021, Jim previously held the position of Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Datron World Communications Inc. for over three decades, where responsibilities included defining and documenting all manufacturing processes, factory layout design, and overseeing product flow line setups along with maintenance of manufacturing tooling and equipment. Early career experiences include working as an Alignment Technician at Oak Communications. Jim holds Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt certifications from the American Society for Quality and Villanova University, respectively, and has an Associate degree in Electronics from Devry Institute of Technology.
