Hayley Knol

Hayley Knol is currently the Head of Outsourced Solutions at itelCX, where they focus on new business acquisition and enhancing customer experience through innovative outsourcing strategies. Previously, they served as a Business Development Manager at VAT IT, assisting businesses in recovering foreign indirect taxes using AI-driven solutions. Hayley also held the position of Business Development Lead at abela.app and worked as a Parliamentary Monitor for the Parliamentary Monitoring Group. They graduated with distinction in Gender Studies from the University of Cape Town and also earned an Honours degree in International Relations from the same institution.
