Howard Hall

Howard Hall started their work experience in 2007 as a Client System Support Officer at Jamaica Library Service. Howard then worked as an Information Management Associate at ACS a Xerox Company from 2009 to 2011. Following this, they joined Chukka Caribbean Adventures as a System Administrator in 2011 and remained in that role until 2021. Currently, they are working at itelbpo Smart Solutions as a Systems Engineer Team Lead, where they are experienced in various aspects of Microsoft Windows Environments and has knowledge of VMware environment management.

Howard Hall attended the University College of the Commonwealth for Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Dinthill Technical High. In terms of certifications, they obtained various certifications such as Cybersecurity Essentials from Cisco Networking Academy, OPSWAT Email Security Associate (OESA) from OPSWAT, Introduction to Cybersecurity from Cisco, NSE2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet, Cisco Certified Network Associate Cyber Ops (CCNA) from Cisco, and several others. Howard also holds certifications from CompTIA, including CompTIA A+ and CompTIA Network+; however, the specific dates of completion for these certifications are not provided.
